Job description
Phaxis is looking for a dedicated RN in Charlotte, where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Location - Charlotte, NC (Ballantyne area)
Position - RN Gastroenterology Pre-op and Post-op Outpatient Surgery Center
Schedule - Days, Monday through Friday
- 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
Carry out provider-ordered treatments and administer medications
Start IVs, administer IV fluids, and monitor patient responses
Complete medication refills, prior authorizations, forms, and electronic orders
Triage patient calls and determine the appropriate urgency and level of care
Direct patients to a provider, urgent care, or the emergency department when appropriate
Participate in emergency response procedures when necessary
Support Medical Assistants and help maintain efficient patient flow
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient communication
Requirements
1-2 years of RNexperience
GI Experience Preferred (not required)
BLS Required
Active North Carolina RNlicense (or compact)
