About This Role
The RN - General Internal Medicine position at Cleveland Clinic involves providing direct nursing care to adult patients with complex multi-system failure issues. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule : Full-time, Day shift
What You'll Do
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Educate patients and their families.
Requirements
Education
Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Experience
One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
Licenses & Certifications
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) Certification must be presented upon hire or within first year of employment (if in a Critical Care area)
