Hillspring of Springboro is seeking a clinically strong Nurse Unit Manager to oversee care delivery on our skilled nursing units in Springboro, OH. The role reports to the DON/ADON and ensures high-quality resident care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
Salary ranges from $87,500 to $97,500 annually with potential for growth. This on-site leadership position requires RN licensure and proven clinical leadership.
