Job description
Trustwell Living in Sequim, WA is seeking a Nurse Manager/Health Services Director to lead clinical teams in an assisted living setting. You will ensure safe medication management, infection control, and personalized care plans while mentoring staff.
The successful candidate will hold a valid RN license (compact or obtainable), have at least one year of leadership experience as Wellness Director, HCC, or DON, be state survey ready, and hold a valid driver's license.
