Job description
Bickford Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a Health & Wellness Director to lead clinical operations and ensure a thriving, caring environment for residents. The HWD partners with the site Director to drive quality care and compliance.
You will supervise medication administration, coordinate health services with external providers, and support after-hours clinical needs while upholding Bickford’s culture of compassion and excellence. RN license required, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication.
