Job description
Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Nursing Leader to act as the charge nurse in our dialysis unit. You will direct patient care staff, assess daily needs, and ensure safe dialysis treatment under physician supervision.
The role requires RN licensure, at least 9 months of nursing experience and 3 months in dialysis leadership, with strong communication and supervisory skills. Travel between facilities may be required; healthcare compliance is essential.
