Job description
Siouxland Community Health Center is hiring a Registered Nurse Case Manager for the HIV program in Sioux City, IA. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM, requiring active nursing licensure in Iowa and strong HIV care knowledge.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive case management, coordinate referrals, and partner with public health for PLWHA. Experience with community outreach and data entry is essential, with commitment to patient confidentiality and holistic care.
