Job description
Corewell Health South Homecare in the Benton Harbor area seeks an RN to provide professional nursing care following the nursing process, partnering with patients and families for optimal outcomes. The role operates within a day shift, with Monday–Friday hours and occasional weekends, serving a diverse patient population from infant to geriatric.
The RN will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge, collaborate with Nurse Leader, educate families, and document care in the health record.
