Job description
Rochester Regional Health Home Care is seeking an RN Team Manager to supervise CHNs, RNs, LPNs, therapists and other staff delivering patient care in designated regions. You will recruit, train and orient new staff and coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure high-quality outcomes.
