Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas
Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000

As a Phoenix Admissions RN, you will be the first point of contact between a patient and hospital. The admission RN should possess strong skills in physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and communication to formulate an individualized plan of care according to physician orders, which incorporates the analysis of initial assessments. You will work alongside other nurses, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.

Responsibilities:
Skilled Visits
Day-to-day patient interaction
Education on health conditions such as CHF, COPD, Diabetes
Wound Care
Medication Management
Changing dressings, bandages, and contraptions as prescribed
Documentation of patient's condition and reporting significant changes to the physician
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Missouri or Compact Nursing License
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Valid driver's license
