Job description
Mount Sinai Health System in New York seeks an RN to identify, evaluate and enroll patients into Mount Sinai at Home programs. The role is on site within clinical teams across hospital ED and floors, coordinating telephonically from office and ensuring correct admission orders and home safety/eligibility.
