13 weeksFT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week On-call info: On-call required if requested- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs Guaranteed Hours: 0 Productivity Units: 30 units Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required
Skills
Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required
Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
