Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Home Health Patient Care Manager RN to supervise and coordinate clinical services across an interdisciplinary team. You will ensure high-quality home health care in accordance with physician plans of care and applicable laws.
The role requires an unrestricted RN license in the state, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification (or within 90 days of hire), and a dependable vehicle or access to transportation.
