Job description
Advocate Health seeks a Registered Nurse for Home Health to deliver compassionate patient-centered care across Sugar Grove, Yorkville, Plano, Bristol, Big Rock and surrounding communities.
The role requires an Illinois RN with strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills, willing to weekend/holiday rotations and on-call. Annual base pay ranges from $74,672 to $112,112, with comprehensive benefits and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external applicants.
