Job description
Granite Peak Home Health is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee patient care in a specified region. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate assessments, and ensure high-quality, compliant care guided by CMS and PDGM standards.
The role requires a Montana RN license and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, with 2+ years’ home health experience preferred. You will lead meetings, contribute to policy development, and support budgeting and operational goals.
