Job description
Granite Peak Home Health in Montana is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee home health patient care within the region. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, ensure patient plans, and lead CMS-aligned operations.
Requires Montana RN license, BSN, 2+ years in home health, OASIS-E proficiency, WellSky experience, and valid driver's license. You will hire, train, conduct evaluations, manage budgets, and lead weekly meetings to ensure quality and compliance.
