Job description
Geisinger Home Health, part of LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, seeks an RN to provide and direct nursing care in patients' homes. Coordinate the total plan of care with physicians and health care professionals while complying with regulations and agency policies.
You will oversee and mentor home health staff, conduct supervisory visits, and ensure timely documentation, OASIS assessments, and quality care across assigned counties.
