Job description
HomeRecovery HomeAid + Americare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform initial and periodic assessments for admission and ongoing home health services. You will determine client needs, care effectiveness, and outcomes, including OASIS where appropriate.
Responsibilities include patient admissions, comprehensive in-home nursing care, physician-ordered treatments, monitoring status, nutrition assessments, and patient/family education on medications and procedures.
