Job description
Geisinger Home Health, a part of LHC Group and UnitedHealth Group family, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and direct nursing care in patients' homes across Luzerne County, PA. You will coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and family to ensure a seamless plan of care and high-quality outcomes.
