Job description
Seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide home health nursing services under physician supervision.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care outcomes.
Managing a caseload of patients with diverse health conditions in their homes.
Providing patient education, treatment, and emotional support to promote recovery and manage chronic illnesses.
Responding to clinical changes with excellent assessment skills and technical proficiency.
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and medication updates.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Missouri.
Preferably one year of experience in home health or related fields.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
