Job description
PeaceHealth is seeking a registered nurse for Home Health in a full-time, day shift role in Vancouver, WA. The wage range is $52.95 to $80.09 per hour, and the hiring rate depends on education, experience, and applicable agreements. This position may offer a hiring bonus.
The RN will provide direct skilled nursing care, coordinate patient care for home health and hospice services, and document clinical activities in line with agency guidelines.
