Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to administer skilled care in patients' homes under physician orders and the established plan of care. You will educate the patient and family and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
Applicants must graduate from an approved school of clinical education, be licensed in their state, and have at least one year of experience; basic technology skills, including mobile device use, are required.
