Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified clinician to administer skilled home health care, educate patients and families, and perform services per the physician’s orders and plan of care. This role requires current state licensure and CPR certification, with preference for Medicare home health or hospice experience.
Applicants should have at least one year of licensed professional experience and basic tech skills to operate mobile devices for charting and communication.
