Job description
A-Line Staffing Solutions in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Health to assess patients and develop/evaluate the Plan of Care. You will document visits, ensure quality and continuity of care, and educate patients and families.
The role includes on-call duties (30 units) and on-call responsibilities, with possible remote or hybrid work depending on the schedule. LA RN license, CPR, ADN or diploma required, BSN preferred, CHPN preferred.
