Job description
Cynet Health seeks a Registered Nurse for Home Health in Maryland. The role involves delivering patient care in the home, performing assessments, and coordinating services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position supports discharges from hospitals and SNFs with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.
Candidates must hold an active Maryland or Compact license and have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. BLS is required; Home Health and HCHB experience are preferred.
