Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse for home health visits and care coordination. You will oversee the frequency of visits and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality patient care.
The role emphasizes accurate OASIS collection, current medication profiles, and timely communication with the physician and office. A valid RN license and one year of clinical experience are preferred.
