Job description
HomeRecovery HomeAid + Americare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive assessments for admission and ongoing home health services. You will evaluate client needs, plan care, and coordinate with physicians. OASIS items may be included at appropriate times.
Responsibilities include admissions, home care nursing, treatment execution, monitoring clinical status, training families, and ensuring quality outcomes. Maryland licensure and CPR are required.
