Job description
Provides, coordinates, and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physician’s orders based on agency policies and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process.
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Home Health Experience
IDEAL CANDIDATE
RN with current home health experience and will travel in the West Valley (Surprise, Arizona) and the northwest and southwest portion of the West Valley.
