Star Light Home Health is seeking an RN to conduct home health visits to our Medicare and Veteran patients. Home Health Medicare experience and knowledge of the Oasis admission is a plus. We have a full time position available with 32 plus hours per week. Potentially salary based after 90 days. Looking for an RN to manage their case load in Montrose, CO. RN with 2 years experience as an RN
RN Active License in Colorado in good standing
CPR
Hands on experience as a Nurse with an ER background or ICU background is helpful
