Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified home health nurse to provide intermittent skilled care per physician orders, educate patients and families, and coordinate with care teams in the assigned geographic area. Valid state nursing license and CPR required; minimum one year of licensed experience; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
