Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking an experienced RN Hospice Administrator to lead a location’s clinical operations and census growth. You will oversee interdisciplinary teams, ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, and drive regulatory compliance while advancing the company mission.
As a part of Gentiva's leadership, you will partner with the Governing Body, referral sources, and community stakeholders to expand services, manage finances, and cultivate a compassionate work culture.
