Job description
Hospice of the West is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Director in Tucson. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, oversee patient care in line with policies, and collaborate with program leadership to grow patient access.
The role requires 3+ years nursing experience with 1 year in hospice/home health/oncology and supervisory duties, plus EMR proficiency and CPR if needed. Excellent leadership and compassion are essential.
