Brookhaven Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse with supervisory experience to lead an interdisciplinary team of RNs, Aides, Social Workers, and Chaplains as Clinical Director. Collaborate with the Program Director, Hospice Physician, and Community Liaisons to ensure quality care and compliance.
This role emphasizes team mentoring, chart audits, training, and development, with a strong emphasis on terminal care, crisis intervention, pain management, and patient-family support.
