Job description
The Care Team Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to advance into clinical leadership as Clinical Team Leader. You will work with the Clinical Manager and Administrator to support day-to-day branch operations and assist nurses, aides, social workers, and chaplains in delivering exceptional hospice care.
This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys guiding others, strengthening documentation, coordinating staffing, and ensuring resources.
