Rocky Mountain Care Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, patient-centered care throughout the Salt Lake City area.
This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for meaningful one-on-one patient care.
What You'll Do
Complete hospice nursing visits and comprehensive patient assessments
Provide skilled nursing and comfort-focused care
Monitor changes in condition and respond to patient needs
Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
Coordinate care with our interdisciplinary hospice team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Make independent clinical decisions within your scope of practice
What We're Looking For
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid to practice in Utah
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Comfortable using electronic documentation and email
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care
Hospice, home health, or related nursing experience preferred
