Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee clinical and leadership functions in the Medical Center. This role is pivotal for ensuring effective patient care and staff supervision in the absence of unit managers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of clinical experience and hold at least an associate degree in nursing, along with a valid NJ State RN license. The successful candidate will also demonstrate leadership skills and excellent communication abilities, contributing to the continuous improvement of care and services.
