Job description
South Texas Health System is seeking an Administrative RN supervisor to lead nursing staff in the absence of the organization’s administrator. The role interacts with hospital staff and ancillary departments to address patient care concerns and coordinate resolutions while maintaining performance standards.
This position routinely covers weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime, and on-call shifts, with need for ongoing commitment to the Compliance Program and Texas nursing licensure
