Registered Nurse - House Supervisor
Attention Registered Nurses! A leading medical center is seeking a highly experienced and skilled House Supervisor to join our team. As the House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Located near Olympia, WA $20k Sign-on Offered!
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and mentoring nursing staff
Coordinating patient care and managing staff schedules
Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Responding to emergencies and providing leadership during critical situations
Collaborating with other departments and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
The ideal candidate will have:
Active RN license in good standing
ADN Required - BSN Preferred
1 Year of Emergency Dept. Experience
3+ years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
