House SupervisorAs a House Supervisor at Wagoner Community Hospital (WCH), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the hospital, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring that our hospital runs efficiently and effectively.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare settingStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of healthcare regulations and standardsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare settingExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsCertification in healthcare quality or patient safetyResponsibilities:Supervise and manage hospital staff, including nurses, aides, and administrative personnelEnsure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standardsMaintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staffCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient careHandle any issues or emergencies that arise during your shiftSkills:As a House Supervisor at WCH, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. You will also need to have a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards to ensure compliance. Additionally, proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and certification in healthcare quality or patient safety would be beneficial.
