RN Supervisor - Part Time EveningsWe are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis, primarily during evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will hold a current New York State RN license and possess a minimum of one year of nursing experience in long-term care, along with supervisory or clinical lead experience across multiple units.ResponsibilitiesOversee the operation of nursing units under the direction of the Director of Nursing - LTC.Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff assigned to various units, ensuring quality resident care through effective teaching and supervision.Communicate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to address identified and potential issues, collaborating to resolve them effectively.Make sound administrative decisions in the absence of the Director of Nursing and the LTC Administrator during off-shift or weekend hours.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent New York State Registered Professional Nurse licensure.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or RQI, obtained during clinical orientation.Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification, to be obtained within 90 days of hire.Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Professional Nursing; BSN preferred.ScheduleThis position requires part-time evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
