Job description
Western State Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse I to care for patients with psychiatric disorders on a structured two-week schedule. The role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus with a minimum starting range of $79,268 up to $113,219, plus benefits and paid time off; shifts are 12 hours, with a 36/48 hour week pattern.
Applicants must hold or obtain a Virginia RN license, complete BLS, and demonstrate recovery-focused, trauma-informed care in a 24/7 mental health setting.
