Job description
Citizens is seeking a New York State-licensed Registered Nurse to oversee nursing services under the Assistant Director of Nursing, ensuring compliance with OPWDD and DOH regulations and guiding clinical care in the homes.
Responsibilities include hands-on clinical support, medication administration, emergencies, directing LPN/AMAP staff, creating PONS, and contributing to quality of care through team meetings and regulatory surveys.
