Requirements
Active RN license in Massachusetts.
Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
COVID-19 vaccination (may be required per facility policy)
Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
EPIC or similar EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting
Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and titrate critical drips
Administer medications and perform advanced interventions as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and physicians
Respond rapidly to patient deterioration and emergencies
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
