Job Description:
This ICU Registered Nurse position in Roswell, NM, offers a chance to work within a dedicated critical care environment. As an ICU RN, you will provide advanced patient monitoring and support in a 36 or 48-hour shift structure, with a rotating weekend schedule that keeps your routine interesting. Float requirements to Medical-Surgical units add variety to your responsibilities, and you’ll need ACLS and BLS certifications to ensure safety standards are met. This role is ideal for experienced travelers who enjoy a fast-paced ICU setting, with a patient ratio of 1:2, and who are comfortable working in a unit that welcomes first-time travelers. Expect to engage in complex patient assessments, emergency interventions, and collaborative care. The setting is lively, yet manageable, with a supportive team to help you succeed during this 13-week contract.
