About This Role
The RN ICU Critical Care Float position at Mass General Brigham involves providing nursing services in the Nursing Acute, adhering to applicable standards and established policies. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to work in a dynamic environment.

Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating
Pay: $39.18 - $94.48/Hourly
What You’ll Do
Provide nursing services in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards.
Adhere to established policies and procedures as directed by leadership.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience: 1 year prior related Medical/Surgical experience required.
Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required; Current BLS/CPR certification required within 1 week of hire; Current ACLS Certification required; Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
