About This Role
The RN ICU Float Pool position at Mass General Brigham involves providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical care plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. This role is ideal for nurses with ICU experience who are looking to work in a dynamic environment.

Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating
What You'll Do
Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.
Requirements
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience:
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
At least 1 full year of ICU experience required
Licenses & Certifications:
MA Registered Nurse License required
