Job description
Grand Strand Medical Center seeks an RN for our ICU Stepdown unit in Myrtle Beach, SC. In this fast-paced setting, you’ll care for hemodynamically stable but high-acuity patients transitioning from ICU, providing continuous monitoring, titrating medications, and coordinating complex care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, use advanced cardiac and telemetry technology, and support patients and families through critical recovery.
