Job description
Houston Methodist seeks an experienced RN II for our LTAC Med/Surg unit. This role provides evidence-based, patient-centered care to medically complex, long-term acute patients, including assessment, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and telemetry monitoring. The RN II collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes, ensures safe transitions of care, and mentors junior staff.
