RN II – Medically Complex Care, Self-Scheduling, Day Shift

Job description

Texas Health Dallas is seeking an RN II for the Medically Complex unit on a Full-Time Days shift (36 hours per week, 7 AM–7 PM with rotating weekends). You will deliver care using the Nursing Process, assess patients, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes within a collaborative, high-resource team.

The role requires ADN or Diploma in Nursing, BSN preferred, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience or completion of an RN residency, with BCLS/ACLS and CPI certifications.
