Job description
The University of Rochester's Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY seeks a Registered Nurse 2 for Outpatient/Ambulatory Medicine. This full-time position supports a NCQA-certified patient-centered medical home, provides direct patient care, and works with a multidisciplinary team in a 40-hour, day-shift schedule.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, telephone management, patient triage, and care coordination.
